Chief Executive Officer, President, Co-Founder
Among the many hats that he wears, Robert is Chairman and CEO of Allbritton
Communications Company. ACC and its affiliates own and operate seven ABC-affiliated
television stations in such markets as Washington, D.C, Tulsa, Little Rock, Harrisburg,
Lynchburg, Charleston, and Birmingham. ACC also owns and operates NewsChannel 8,
a local 24-hour news cable programming service in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan
area. In 1998 Robert launched Irides and has overseen its growth to its current status
as a leading Managed Hosting Provider. If that isn'’t enough, he is also a licensed pilot.
